The Gemini Upper Egypt Social Entrepreneurship Incubator is a flagship capacity-building and incubation program supporting social enterprises and MSMEs across underserved communities in Upper Egypt. Implemented in partnership with the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, the program delivers localized, impact-driven entrepreneurship support tailored to local needs.

Through his startup ECOCARBON, he is producing charcoal for renewable energy and active carbon for manufacturing—driving sustainable solutions with real market value. With the support of Gemini Africa, Mohamed refined his business model, strengthened his strategy, and took his venture to the next level.
