Implemented during 2024–2025 in partnership with the Academy for Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT), Gemini4Grad I & II is a specialized empowerment program designed to help graduating senior students transform their academic projects into market-ready and commercially viable ventures. By bridging the gap between academic output and real-world application, the program introduces entrepreneurship fundamentals, venture thinking, marketing and branding principles, and commercialization pathways for technical and research-based projects. Delivered across two cohorts in Cairo and Luxor, the program reached over 550 students—with approximately 60% female participation—reflecting its scale and commitment to inclusivity across both urban and Upper Egypt contexts. Through tailored capacity-building sessions, mentorship, and hands-on support, participants applied business thinking directly to their graduation projects, unlocking their economic and practical potential.

Through Gemini4Grad I & II, students developed business models aligned with their graduation projects, produced video marketing materials to demonstrate the commercial and applied value of their work, and strengthened their ability to effectively communicate their ideas to partners, evaluators, and potential investors. The program enhanced employability and innovation readiness among graduating students, reinforced the connection between academia and the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and encouraged youth-led innovation and the commercialization of applied research. Gemini4Grad reflects Gemini Africa’s commitment to youth empowerment, innovation-driven education, and practical entrepreneurship, supporting students in confidently transitioning from academia to the marketplace.
