As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening entrepreneurship support in Upper Egypt, Gemini Africa is investing in the development of its trainers through an intensive Training of Trainers (ToT) program delivered in collaboration with MOVE-ETI. MOVE-ETI is a global organization specializing in evidence-based, action-oriented training interventions that support individuals and organizations in developing proactive, goal-oriented behavior and translating ideas into real impact. Their work focuses on activating self-starting, future-oriented, and persistent behavior—key traits for entrepreneurial success. At the core of this program is the Personal Initiative (PI) methodology—an internationally recognized approach designed to foster proactive behavior, resilience, and ownership. By equipping trainers with this methodology, Gemini Africa ensures that its programs go beyond traditional training, placing strong emphasis on mindset, initiative, and real-world application. Over the course of nine full training days, participants engage in a comprehensive learning journey that blends theoretical understanding with hands-on practice. The program is designed to build not only knowledge, but also the practical facilitation and coaching skills required to effectively deliver PI training to entrepreneurs.

The ToT covers a range of key components, including: A conceptual introduction to the Personal Initiative methodology, Action-oriented Training of Trainers sessions, Interactive training simulations, Introduction to PI coaching approaches, Practical coaching techniques and exercises, and Real-life facilitation and coaching simulations.

To ensure depth of learning and high-quality delivery, the program is conducted with a select group of trainers, maintaining a focused cohort that allows for close supervision, personalized feedback, and intensive engagement. This initiative marks a critical step in preparing the Gemini team for the Upper Egypt Incubator, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to delivering impactful, behavior-driven entrepreneurship support. By strengthening the capabilities of its trainers, Gemini Africa is ultimately enhancing the quality of support provided to startups and entrepreneurs—ensuring they are equipped not only with tools and knowledge, but with the mindset and initiative needed to grow and succeed. Through this collaboration, Gemini Africa continues to invest in building high-impact learning experiences that empower both trainers and entrepreneurs, contributing to a stronger and more resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem in Egypt.
